Which devices does Hingenote work on?: Hingenote is made for iPhone Duo. Every screen adapts to closed, open, tabletop, book and tent poses.
How do I restore my purchases?: Open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?: Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name (Apple Account), then Subscriptions, choose Hingenote and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.
Where is my data stored?: On your device. Transcription runs on the phone, and audio, transcripts, notes and summaries are never uploaded. There is no account.
How do I export or back up my notes?: Export any session as Markdown, or as PDF with Pro, and save it wherever you like. Action items can be sent to Reminders with Pro.
What does Pro include?: Unlimited sessions up to 3 hours each, unlimited summaries, PDF export, Send to Reminders and custom focus intervals.
