The short version
- No account, no sign-in, no ads, and no analytics or tracking SDKs.
- We do not sell or share personal data.
Audio, transcripts and notes
Audio is transcribed on your device by Apple speech recognition. Audio, transcripts, notes and summaries stay on your device and are never uploaded. Action items are sent to Reminders only when you ask.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. To check whether Pro is active, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user identifier and your purchase history — no name, email or contact details. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
iCloud
The app stores your Pro status, and nothing else, in your own iCloud key-value storage so it syncs across your devices. We cannot access it.
Children
Hingenote is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Your choices
Delete the app to remove all on-device data. Manage your iCloud data in Settings.
Changes
Changes to this policy are posted on this page.
